Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are handmade/processed to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date of payment for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent using a tracked postal service.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service operations. Once posted, delivery is typically within 3–10 business days, however this cannot be guaranteed.

While we will always do our best to assist if there are any issues, please note that occasional postal delays can occur which are outside of our control.

Collection Policy

Once your order is ready, l'll confirm a collection date and time with you.

If you're unable to collect, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand so we can arrange a new time.

Uncollected orders will be held for 7 days — after that if a new collection time/date has not been arranged your items) may be returned to stock and a full refund will be made to you.
